The T100 has been one of our signature products since 1999. It’s half pipe design is now a common sight in the UK. But did you know the Kel-Berg T100 is the original half pipe aggregate trailer?
Like many copies, it’s only once you feel and use the equipment do you realise that it’s not the same. Visually, all half pipe trailers look alike, but with the T100 the similarities end there.
A clone is never the same as the original. Other manufacturers compromise on material quality and structural design in order to keep the price low. Spending a little extra will save you in the long run. We use finite element technology when designing our equipment in order to identify stress points on the trailer. This means only the necessary reinforcements are made, ensuring low tare weight and a long lasting trailer.
We have been using robotic welders, presses and laser cutters to manufacture our bodies for many years. This ensures consistently perfect welds, cuts and bends on every body. See our bodybuilding pages for more info on our CNC processes.
In order to ensure high quality within every facet of the truck we only utilise premier brand components. Dawbarn, Transcover, VWS, Edbro, JOST & SAF are just some of the component manufacturers that you will find installed on our T100’s.
T100 resale value is rock solid. Some of our trailers we have bought back and resold three times over. So whether you are part exchanging with us or selling on yourself, rest assured that you’re selling something that is always in demand.
T100’s are available with a variety of optional extras including weighing systems, sheets, highway liveries, camera systems, etc. It can be as simple or as complex as you like.
We have full WVTA for our aggregate tipping trailers, allowing us to get your equipment ready quicker than the competition.
