How do you and your driver’s find our products on/off site?

Our new DAF Grab Loader is a lovely vehicle to drive and work from.

How has your overall experience with Kel-Berg been over the years and why do you continue to choose us?

This is our first big fleet purchase so it was also our first time dealing with Kel-Berg. We went out to 3 or 4 different companies for availability and pricing and Kel-Berg where the best priced and also had stock so could put our requirements in to build straight away.

How do you find our aftersales care with regard to parts and issues?

Ronnie, Dan and Ollie have been great. The video and photos of the lorry where great across social media. We also got sent a signed photo from Kel-Berg in a frame which is nice touch.

With regard to your latest acquisition, how satisfied have you been with the process start to finish and the final product?

We cannot fault anything from start to finish. The process was seamless, Ronnie was great at making sure we got a vehicle that suited our requirements. We had regular updates throughout the build and it was ready for collection within the agreed timescales. So overall very happy and it was a pleasure doing business with Kel-Berg.
